fireflies working on a glow in vain
a quiet solitude at twilight
whisper your secrets
they will find their place
tiptoe through a garden of angst
politely decline an invitation for tea
quiver at this alter of stone
as it melts away the day
the moon tonight is bright
illuminating the horizons of your soul
be thankful for that which seems real
it is quaint in comparison
level with your insecurities
enable a bud to blossom with force
try a new set of rules
simmer away the doubt
